What the tribunal said
The tribunal determined that the property would command an open market rent of £1100 per month if fully fitted and in good order. It made a deduction of £50 per month to reflect minor water leak damage, window seal defect, and poor bathroom ventilation, resulting in a rent of £1050 per month.
