The property
Externally in fair condition, with damaged rainwater downpipes, displaced soil pipe seal, a fallen garden fence, and pest control measures in place. Internally, kitchen and bathroom are dated with no extractor fans, kitchen doors are in poor condition, double glazing is dated and drafty with broken latches, front door is damaged, and mould growth is present in bathroom, main bedroom, and porch.
