The property
The property was converted from offices in 2021 with sound and heat insulation, double glazing, and modern kitchen and bath fittings. Larger radiators were installed following tenant feedback. A defective seal causing mould in the master bedroom was repaired, and condensation mould in the second bedroom was undergoing repair.
