What the tribunal said

The tribunal assessed the market rent in good condition at £1,150 per month. Deductions of £100 per month were made for general wants of repair/condition and £50 per month for anti-social behaviour in the area, resulting in a determined rent of £1,000 per month effective from 1 June 2025.
