What the tribunal said
The Tribunal determined that the open market rent for the property in good condition would be £1,300 per month. A deduction of £25 per month was made for minor wants of repair reported by the tenant, resulting in a market rent of £1,275 per month. As no undue hardship was claimed, the rent takes effect from the notice date of 25 November 2024.
