What the tribunal said
The Tribunal determined an open market rent of £1,100 per month for the property if in good condition. Deductions of £50 per month were applied to reflect the lack of carpets, tenant-provided washing machine and blinds, and minor defects/disrepair, resulting in a market rent of £1,050 per month.
The property
