What the tribunal said
The tribunal determined that the open market rent for the property in good tenantable condition, based on comparable evidence of recent lettings of the same house type on the same development and general market knowledge, was £2,350 per month. The historic snagging issues were considered minor and did not warrant any deduction from the market rent.
